I have a 1974 atc 90 rotor came out easy but can't get stator out. The inside was pretty rusty if i understand correctly after removing rotor and the 3 bolts that hold the stator it should then come out. No luck i can't get it out. please help

Use some penetrating fluid , let it soak and it should come out .

Lightly tap the stator brackets with a brass or something equivalent rod
