Great Score. I saw that on CL. I'd get it running and leave it as it is. Neat Bike for sure.
Post some better Pics when you get a chance.

Cool find, saw your ad on craigslist yesterday, first instinct was I have to have it but have too many other projects. Lots of nice parts on the trike, what are your questions? Do you have the clutch cover? As the oil has been drained and the clutch cover removed means something needed looked at or repaired.

I bought it last night from a guy that lived about 10 minutes from me down here in San Diego. The plan is to leave it how it is just get it running and probably do a different front tire. I don't have the clutch cover as of now but the guy might have it in a box of parts he has. First question is what kind of header pipe is that? I've never seen one that runs up and over that motor rather than under it. Second question is where did that brown tank come from haha I don't think it was a factory color. And my third question is what kind of aftermarket parts are hiding on this thing that anyone noticed other than the basics that I saw

Need more pic's of the exhaust pipe to give answer. Tank brown paint was custom painted, would've been nice to have the matching rear fiberglass fender. Motor taken apart to install high/low delete kit. Looks like the right rear tire has a couple plugs or are they both good?

Looks like it started life as a 1970 Aquarious Blue US/ATC90. HairyJ I say it originally had white rear fenders the way the bike is set up. The seat cover ties into the tank and the white in the tank ties into the rear fenders. TKracer Earth Tones were big on those bikes back in the day. I personally like the Brown. As far as the front tire that was a common option people ran. I would try to save it if possible. Maybe you could run a tube.
Trick stuff I see renthal bars, grab on grips, HD front forks, CB Light with light guard. Chrome Dickson Joker frame, aftermarket rear fenders, custom seat cover. Not to mention a hondaline low pressure tire pump and rear rack. Aftermarket sprocket, chain tensioner.
Engine looks to be modified. Hard to know what is in it with out looking in the inside. Interesting to have a Modified CB750 carb. Most ran methanol with that set up. BAPP intake and KN filter. Quick change sprocket assembly and manual clutch set up with crank case dip stick breather that usually denotes some kind of stroker crank.
My guess on the pipe being this looks like a pretty early built bike it something from the SL90 bike world modified to work. Just a guess.
Again post more pics when you can.

Yah I'm trying to find someone local to open the motor up and see what's in it and hopefully we can save it. The guy gave me the original title and in the tool box I found the registration.. Date on that was 1977. Anyone know the best way to get one of these registered through the DMV with a special construction vin? Here's a couple more pictures I tookClick image for larger version.

Does the frame have a CA vin number affixed? Motor will have stamped in case vin number and should match on the title. Believe the CL posting had it as a '74. To register make sure you get a bill of sale statement of facts from seller, DMV first to start process paper work that'll be needed for CHP to assign new vin number, then back to DMV. With the added small handle bar bottle leads me to believe it was running on alcohol, I'd like to look at the modes done to the carb.

    I Like It!!!

If you didnt keep the front tire you made the right choice putting the early style Ohtsu knobby on it. It looks right on the bike especially with the Ohtsu's on the back.
I would clean it up, get it running and maybe find some two piece aluminum wheels and call it good.

Still send a pic of the back of the pipe when you get a chance.

I like the "Mike's Trikes" of Lemon Grove. lol
