Yes I would use heat also and then try beating it loose lose with big.
Some hay wire and a zip tie will fix that!

Agree... heat, and if you have access to compressed air, a good impact gun will knock it free

Heated it and broke a breaker bar lol..still no go gonna slap it on as is for trikefest..worry about it later
