I looked on partzilla site and says parts not available, I have looked at after market ones, but I want the fuel line on the left side of petcock and a reserve. There is one on eBay but the seller never responded to my messages.

Buy a new wafer gasket and just rebuild yours .
86 Trx250r gasket should work and still available.
Drill and tap the rivets out for a 3mm secrew .

Shortline, I was thinking about doing that! Do you think I could drill out and put new rivots in.

Rebuilding a Honda petcock is easy but, any o-ring you apply to replace the old Honda o-ring had better be able to deal with ethanol, the cheap Chinese petcock rubber will fail instantly.
Use a 3mm drill bit in a drill press and tap it.
Do not use SAE tools for this repair as I've seen too many fools do, it is a Japanese vehicle and uses metric fasteners so a metric tap and drill bit are what is needed.
Depending on diameter, there are Viton rubber petcock o-rings available if you know where to look.

Here are two Honda petcocks I rebuilt, notice the pretty screws holding them together.

One is from a 1979 CBX and the other is from a 1983 CB1100F, they weren't meant to be rebuilt but, that didn't stop me.
