It was good to see you yesterday Joe. And you are right, that track takes some cojones to run and I fully admit that I'm not up to the task!
Once again, a few trikers with huge balls will make our pilgrimage to tame Unadilla. If you aren't familiar with Unadilla, look it up on Google. It is consistenly ranked in the top 5 toughest mx tracks....in the world. There is no sponsorship here, no points series, just men with huge clangers riding trikes. The track is located in New Berlin, NY, smack dab in the middle of the state. Only a week before Pine Lake, we don't have nearly the draw, but make no mistake, the 25 ish riders are among the toughest in the country. Even if you don't want to race this is a great weekend to come separate, last year we had a couple forum members from the mid 2000s show up to support us. Last year, the class layout was pro and amateur, with no restrictions on machines. It worked out well and if expect it to be the same this year. If there are any questions feel free to post them up or pm me, i hope to see all my old friends and make new ones too

It took me a while to get the videos uploaded because I was getting ready for Pine Lake but here is my go pro footage. In the first moto I got a bad start, missed a shift, and then ended up hitting my good friend Ray when he got caught up in a rut and came off his machine. He has some broken bones in his tibea plateau that will require a plate and some screws, along with a torn all. He is in surgery right now, please keep him in your thoughts. Hurting my friend was a very hard thing to deal with, but the humor of our group helped both of us. If you see any memes about me running down Ray on FB, just know that they were made in good fun.
In the second moto I got a great launch and led the first little while. It was quite a thrill, and much needed after the moto 1 disaster. I'll post some pics up once our trike photographer Paul Kravchek gets caught up.
If it wasn't for Ray's accident and another small wreck from Greg in the first moto this would have been a top 5 weekend. The group of strikers we had there was amazing, there were lots of laughs and food being shared by all. I'm hoping next year will be more of the same without the wrecks

Yes, you can hear me scream an exploitive comments when I feel it jar loose, lol. Matt was putting his front sprocket on and the bot snapped off inside the shaft. Ray drilled it out the best he could but didn't have the correct tools. A guy who owns a pro team that it's friends with Matt's wife Tina ended up coming over with some better tools and got a bolt in it. It lasted the weekend but I don't think it was a permanent fix
