My First Quad, A Square Big Red

Several months ago My wife, son and I attended an open farm day at a local goat farm. Much to my surprise when we pulled in it was a house and Barn that my father, his crew and I had restored about 16 years ago.
I noticed an old quad sitting under a tree. I didn't say anything because I knew my wife would give the " I can't believe he's talking about wheelers again," eye roll. We visited with the goats and bought some eggs and goat cheese(delicious) and went home.
We continued going back every weekend for eggs because our chickens became fox food. The quad still sat under the same tree. One day I arrived for eggs and there was a new Honda quad in the driveway. I asked the owner(wife) of the farm what they were going To do with the old quad.
" oh, I don't know. We got it for cheap from a friend. I'll have to ask my husband."

Fast forward several weeks and I finally made it back over there and saw Jon, the husband.
" so what do you think of the four wheeler?" He said
" it's pretty cool. I don't know how much I could pay for it." I replied.
    "Well you can have it."
    Nice.
I returned a week later with a friend and a truck to pick it up. In the mean time the farmer ,Jon, had got it running. We loaded it up and made our way across town to my house. A quick test ride up the drive way and we found out it needs swing arm bearings, badly. The rear end has a mind of its own and wanders all over the place
The good; It idles nicely and starts with one kick. No smoke. Reverse works, I saw Jon use it but haven't figured out how yet.
The bad; swing arm bearings, E start doesn't work. The plastics are ugly.
Sorry for the long post. Thanks for reading.

Yes. I noticed those right away. I thought the rear rack extension was nice also. All the lights work as well.

Push the left hand lever all the way forward, push down on that little pin on it, squeeze the lever and shift downward

Down from neutral? Silly me, I thought that was a parking brake.
