    350X rear axle part

Hello all, just wondering if the inner collar on the rear axle is available anywhere. It sits inboard of the hubs after the splined section. They are not splined. Dont see it on any diagram. Buggered mine up during axle straightening on a press. Thank for the help! Bob

    350X rear axle part

Unfortunately factory ones aren't gonna be around since that's a weird axle spline size. If you can't find used I'd check with durablue. They still make axles and hubs for the 350x and that's how they get there adjustability out of there axles. I'd bet they have the correct or at least close enough length.

Yes , but you're seeing the outer collar, not the inner. Bob

On a stock 350x there is only one collar. From Honda it was installed on the outside of the hub. The hub was pushed up against the axle. Most people over time realized the could get an inch of width and moved them to the inside. Still not available from Honda due to it was a 25 spline hub vs almost everything else Honda made being 24. Durablue is your best bet. Or eBay, maybe some one here has some laying around. Good luck

I was looking at it this weekend too during my de-construction and it was between the axle and hub. I though I moved it from outside the hub to the inside (between axle and hub) back in the day but that was a loooooong time ago. But if it is the collar noted above (42316-HA2-000), the expanded view shows it as between the axle and hub.

I thought I read of someone using a lead pipe cut down to size to replace theirs. They used that since it isn't splined.
I'm not a machinist and my micrometer is from the Wal-Mart of Tools Store (Harbor Freight) so these measurements are probably not exact.

Yes, they move your hubs either way you desire.

I'd buy a piece of stainless and whip up a few on my lathe.

Very simple part (Hunk of NPT pipe) to make even without a lathe....

I don't know if you resolved this but there are NOS spacers and lock nuts on eBay right now for 100$. Not a bad deal for NOS and you need em.

? I think those are the only spacers the 350x came with.
Your talking about part number one from the schematic correct?

Well, thats the correct location, but mine is about half the width of those, with the wider ones shown in the pic on the outside of the hubs under the nut. Bob BTW everything appears stock and untouched.
