You have to remove the axle first, get it out of the way. From the pics you have the 2 axle nut off, so you are on the right track.
Just google youtube and, view several videos on there to see what others have done. You can use that for reference. Or get a manual, you may want that manual to put it back together correctly.

Removing the Axle is the Issue lol
When I did the youtube search only look for Yamaha 225 DX & there was really nothing that help, one video would of help if they didnt skip the part on taking the main housing off :/

Seems like Iam going to need to use a Press to get the rest off...

Using a Press was the answer to take it part...
Find out it was the Universal Joint that was Broken...
