The brake bracket moved fine but I cannot leave it like this to get worse in the future

I've read about a lot of trouble with the sprocket spacing on the 85 vs 86 350s.
All I see on eBay is 86

Can someone point me in the right direction of a good replacement carrier used oem or aftermarket
It's got a durablue extended axle that I had to buy specific 85 sprocket hub for
    Thank you!

    any input on this?
from what ive read to use an 86 i would need a 86 sprocket and bolts
is the problem that the bolts will hit the carrier?
my durablue sprocket hub bolts to the inside of my sprocket bolt heads are on the outside
would the 86 carrier work with my setup?

that's correct. the 86 bolts are countersink.

I'm not 100% sure. I haven't used that durablue setup before. But I have been looking at your pictures and studying them and maybe I am wrong about this, but the countersink bolts wouldn't mount up to the hub you got for the 85.

I would venture yes. But I would call durablue. I would also go aftermarket. I have a niche brand. Held up well so far.

Well, hate to even offer it up since it still has an axle in it and still in the swingarm but if my 85 looks good I would consider letting it go. I am planning on an 86 Niche like Powell uses and getting the 86 sprocket and bolts. I want the dual row or extra wide bearings because I used to chew them things up like bubble gum. Of course I ran 4" spacers and we ran around oval tracks so that might have a little something to do with it.
Gotta be patient though if you wait on me as this deconstruction is moving sloooooowwwww.

Saw a review on YouTube and the adjuster tool didn't fit very snug. Did y'all get the adjuster tool?

Not me. I use a spanned wrench for steering stems. Works great.

Get the spanner. The niche carriers are billet and they are soft. I was doing the same thing but it warps the holes and after time it will start to slip out as the holes aren't very deep. I'll post a pic of the spanner I have. Works awesome and even has a insert for a 3/8" ratchet.

I think it's a motion pro. I know I bought it at my local Honda dealership. Wasn't expensive. See the hook on the end of it that's what makes it work perfect. Grabs the hole. Glamy don't even go there....
