Found an NOS 125m 3mm over piston on ebay the other day, I knew they made these but have never seen one until now. I bought a .50mm over high comp piston a few months ago as well so now I have 2 rare 125m pistons. the 3mm over piston also has a slight dome, not as much as my actual high comp piston, but more than stock.
In the picture the piston order is stock, cb200, 3mm over, and high comp

What are the differences between stock and the CB200 piston? Or are they interchangeable?

the cb200 piston gives you tons more compression but you have to modify the skirts on the cb200 piston to clear the counterweights on the 125m crank. I had one in my old 125m with just a stock cam and that thing was FAST compared to when it was stock.
