no front brake, forks turned around, no rear brake, no wonder why someone could get hurt on this very quickly. It looks like the suspension is off also, probably not valved for the longer swingarm or the much larger front hub/tire. I can easily seeing someone getting hurt on it, done right, it would be safe.
