ah, ok, you posted while I was replying.
Well, the difference between tulip valves and flat head valves in your bike is probably around 1/3 of a cc, which will increase your compression by a nearly indiscernible amount like maybe 1-2 psi which is insignificant, especially when you already have 220. Also, increasing valve weight is not the right direction to go when building a high perf engine.
If you want more power you need to look in other areas and make large changes but you need to decide if you want more power in the low end range which means increasing the displacement or more power in the high end which means spinning the engine faster.
