    The Cliffs Illinois

Checked out the cliffs this past Friday. After over paying them $25 freakin dollars for one day to ride from 9-5 we took off on the big reds. My ass was red too after paying that. I hate to say it was worth it but we really enjoyed it. Atc112 told me it was big red country and he was right. This place was great for the big reds. In fact I wont even load my 350x on the trailer next time.
There are some steep chalanging hills and some perfect climbs for the reds. They had a small course out in the middle of no where that was fun for the reds as well.

I will go back but paying that $25 hurts. Especially when St joe state park in Park Hills/Farmington Missouri is is only $5 a day and is bigger with better trails. I prefer the 350x at st Joe.

The small town of seneca is just a couple miles away. It has a cool looking BBQ joint with an old dirt bike hanging out front. We did not stop to eat but took note of it. They also have a few gas stations and a Dollar general as well. Not sure on a place to stay or camp.

One last thing to take note of is their price on flags. $20 and to that I say what the heel? Ouch! Again I will compare to St Joe. Theirs is $10 and include a free smile.

So to sum it up I will be going back but $25 a day sucks. Jeeps and side by sides are welcome which i hate but hey they allow trikes too. If anybody wants to set up a big red ride, I am sure atc112 and I will be there.

Sometimes I flip my red and bust my flag... This was the second time I broke my flag with no crash involved. Bring your own flag to the Cliffs cause the ones they sell suck! Hope you enjoyed thirsty Thursday. I think we sold Chris on big reds... lol

I'm ready to go back for sure. Big red might change a little but it will be for the best! I'm sure with this rain it will be a bit more challenging in some areas.
