New to the board
Alright. So has anyone tried swapping an xl185 (motorcycle) engine into a 185 atc? More power. 6 gears. Full clutch. And I'm pretty sure it bolts right in. If not I'm not worried. I can make it fit. Just curious if I'll be the first.

It will bolt in. But, XL185's were 5-speeds with a wide ratio gearbox, not 6. Power output will be about the same as the atc engine, the only differences are a very slightly more aggressive cam, a little more compression, and a 2mm bigger carb. Also not sure if the kickstarter will clear the frame.
