    1985 atc 125m oil leak

This rubber piece on the left side of my 1985 atc 125m is cracked and leaks major amounts of oil. Does anyone know what this rubber seal is called and how to go about replacing itClick image for larger version.

    Welcome,
It's pretty hard to tell from your pic where the oil is coming from. If it's a seal you will need to pull that side cover off and replace it, don't forget to order any other gaskets you will need when you put it back together.. Post another pic with some sort of mark on the excact spot of the leak, that will help narrow it down..

Hey mr bubbles, a little soap and water may help you find your leak.
    Breathers plugged?
    Too much oil in crankcase?
Here's a couple pics that may help Click image for larger version.

From what I can tell by your pictures, it looks like the crankcase breather to me.

Ive been looking around and i read that most oil leaks on this side are from the crankshaft oil seal i found the honda seal thats 45mmx60mmx9mm but its 20$ do you think that this one would be just as good Click image for larger version.

Hey bubbles sounds like you could benefit from a manual if you are getting that far into things.. it would explain things better than we can through this forum.. plus there's pictures.
