Everyone takes them off, and don’t put them back on.
That’s why they are so pricy. They get lost, broken and nobody rebuilds them, sells the bike with no recoil. You can use your imagination.

Wow, guess I am a little out of touch. I'm not far from you, I'm in ohio. There's alot of 200's my way that still have them. Probably from guys that are like me and didn't realize. Thanks for the input

I know. I just picked up an 84 200s and everything is there except the decompression release hook plate and the little rubber cover. If you come across one, let me know.
