ATC 70 clamp on filter

I installed a uni filter clamp on style because the rubber grommets for the carb to air box were cracked and leaking. Now the 70 will not start. It was running before I swapped the filter setup. I am wondering if I need to change jet size?

The ATC70 with oem carb always the best with the oem air cleaner assembly.
