    big red fender compatibility

I recently had an accident with my big red on the ice and broke my left fender in half that was already rigged together, now I don't think i can rig it back together with rivets. So my question is will any other fenders fit on a 250es or not because I know of a trike I might be able to get for parts but im not sure if it is a 250es yet.

250ES fenders are one of a kind. Nothing else is even close to fitting. You'll need a 250ES replacement. try eBay - they normally have single rear fenders for sale on there used.

Not sure how bad the fenders are but I have repaired some with plastic welding. The repair is strong but you can see where it was done. Here is a link for more information on this option.

I don't think that welding will be very strong.

Well I might look at new options bc the fender was already patched together and now its snapped again so its just not really worth it. Uses a lot of rivets too.

Plastic welding can be of average strength if done correctly. If its just a rider I would do the criss cross zip tie fix. drill small holes and stitch it up with zip ties in an X pattern if you know what I mean. If you do it so the ends of the zip ties are on the bottom it doesn't look too bad. If its a wheeler you want to look nice well, your only option is another pair.
