    Question 200x front end questions

So I have a 1983 200s (I think) three wheeler that was modified a little.Click image for larger version.

ID:	248474 as you can see it’s not completely stock. So the guy I bought it from cut the whole neck off of a 1981 Kawasaki Ltd 440 street bike and extended the back to get a total of around 10 inches of lift. It’s fun, but not realistic with the skinny street tire on the front. So I got a triple tree from a 84 200x and made it fit in the front with some homemade bushings. It actually turned out pretty good. The reason I used that tree is so could use the forks I already have which is the right length for it to sit level. I had the front hub, axle, and front tire from a 85 125m that I was going to use on the front (until I got another 27” front tire) it turns out everything is too wide to fit with what I have so the question I have is what is the width of a 200x front hub? I want to make sure it’s going to fit with what I have since it’s not the forks from a 200x and I want to make sure this will fit. If I get that I would also need a 11 or 12” wheel to use in the front as well. So I need to know what the bolt pattern is for a 200x. When it’s done it’s gong to be a awesome mudding toy.

    Thanks for the help

I think the front wheel bolt pattern for the 200X is 4/176mm

I don't know the X hub width but don't forget to add the length of the rotor studs and nuts on an X hub for clearance or else remove them. I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do.

Have you thought of just scoring a 200X complete front-end and just bolt it to the neck? That way you have everything that fits together so you gave less fabricating to do.

Is the neck a Kawasaki neck welded to that ATC frame? Can you trust it?

The length of the forks on the 200x would be too short and it wouldn’t sit level so that’s why I want to keep using what I have.

    Ok.......I think I got it.

The 125 wheel is much too fat for the 200X front end and I take it you don't want the skinny tire from an X for muddin..

If this is your muddin vehicle why not get a front end off an old big red or 110 and just extend the front?
