Barn is right where he belongs in his Tecate page. He's behaving rather nicely I might add too, but I feel that has more to do with the fact he knows Doug won't take any of his shite. Once the Tecate Facebook page is gone, he's got nowhere left to turn. Give it time though, because a Tiger never changes his stripes.

Oh brother Guri, forget the 70’s and 80’s. Back in the day me and the fab twelve would go on road trips that would blow your mind. No planning whatsoever, just lace up our sandals, throw on a robe and rock out to the nearest town.

People would feed us, give us places to crash out and there’d be screaming mobs of chicks…. Man I tell ya, we were bigger than the Beatles back then. I’d make wine and bread and people would bring weed and ointment and then…. well, what happens in Cana stays in Cana, but I will tell you that not even the 60’s compared.

Then a few years later we got busted for just doing our thing and I guess you know the rest. Still, I’d do it all over again if I could, maybe I will?

Very good my friend, thank you. Photobucket has unfortunately hosed us all. I post pictures now with Tapatalk as I'm sure a lot of others do as well. It's unfortunate what has happened to so many of the informative threads all over the internet due to Photobucket, but things are alive and well here. It seems like people pop in from time to time to tell us how crappy the forum is and then leave. They've contributed nothing at all over the time they've been gone then come in and criticize the rest of us who still enjoy the forum. I like this forum and the people on it as well as the discussions we have. If someone who hasn't been on at all comes in, criticizes, then returns to obscurity, that's fine. It happens from time to time. Nobody has to be here, but everyone who is wants to be here, and nobody is searching for people who have left to come back. If you're happy here great, good to have you. If you don't enjoy your time here and you leave that's great too, we'll be fine. Nobody loses in any scenario.

Most people would very simply rather be on Facebook and other forms of social media, and that's got nothing to do with the members or the content here driving people away. I use social media from time to time and it can certainly be entertaining and useful, but overall I think it's bad news. That's just my preference. I enjoy the company on here as do others. There isn't the traffic there used to be but I feel the discussions we have here are far more in depth than anything you'll find on the Bookface. The Bookface is disposable information, same with snapchat. They're fleeting. You can post something really significant and it will be gone with the wind within days, then on to the next distraction. Everything here we're posting is archived, which as far as technical aspects go, this is far superior to the Bookface. You can pull up a fifteen year old thread in seconds and have someone else's experience right there in front of you. We've all done this over the years working on things, but we can also do that with our more "open" discussions as well down the road to see our past views and how subjects we discussed actually panned out in reality.

Either way we're glad to have you. Stay for a spell or don't. Enjoy yourself either way.
