I have seen a few trx 300 for cheap recently, so why not give the es a boost... who doesn't like or want "more power"

I hear you. LOL. Why not look into a 400?

BR is still a workhorse ATC. Gearing is limited by the shaft drive. You can always put on smaller tires. Or Tyres.
