    Cool New member klt 250 85

    Hey im new on this site I am looking for any info I can get about the klt250 a shop manual upgrades whatever thanks for the help

    Welcome aboard 3ww Mr.

    I bough one of those 2 months ago. Fellow is gonna store it for me untill better weather.
    I ordered a used manual from ebay. Not quite sure what year mine is.
    Never had one of these klt 250's before so I'm sure I will learn from you as you proceed with yours.

    Those klt's are a different breed I have some. One thing I can tell you is don't drive them around on hills with the diff unlocked and no frt brakes. Cause you can't stop when a rear tire comes off the ground lol we learned that one fast

    Not an expert yet but looms like an 85 to me the only years they looked nice

    Haha got it but diff lock wasnt locking tried to fix it but when I removed a nut behind the activator it made a clunk and i left it like that
