To clean it out, remove the exhaust from the bike and hang it so you can aim a small propane torch inside of it. Let it hang with the torch blowing in it until it starts smoking profusely, that means you're burning off all the old oil. Let it burn for however long it takes to clean it out.
I've actually had mine cook off while I was riding. I was climbing the hill to Shoe Tree at Haspin Acres at my first Trikefest. The Zinger had only been ripped around the yard prior to that. It ran fine though, I never had any issues. Well after holding it wide open for a bit to climb the hill to Shoe Tree it started smoking heavily. I was concerned but I had a hill to climb and the machine was running great, so I just stayed in the throttle. I stopped at the top and it was still running perfect but the whole trail was clouded out with two stroke smoke. That's when I figured out it must have cooked off.
The only rev limiter is very obvious. It's part of the thumb throttle.
