Well I made the decision and a great deal on dirtbike frame pushed me over the edge. I acquired a 1993 Kawasaki KX250-J for the rear shock. I also got a hydraulic 2 piston front brake which I think I will also use. The other parts I am selling. If anyone needs a frame, swingarm, front forks, front fender, front and rear wheels/tires/hubs off a 1993 KX250 let me know!
OK so I have been searching for some front forks for the bike. The set on the complete 200E are bent so I can replace those with the straight ones from the 83 and get something else for the bike. I see some forks for sale and am wondering: Will 250SX forks fit a 200E frame?
You would need the triple trees as well to have any hope of them fitting. I don't know if they'll work or not, but you'd definitely need the triples. If you could get them on there it would be a massive improvement over the existing front end.
