    Ytm 225dx grinding

    I have a parts wheeler that came with my dr, I got the dx running but only will go in to 1st and 2nd,it grinds though. I did the clutch adjustment clockwise to stop then 8th turn counterclockwise,then lock nut. It didn't fix anything. I pulled the clutch cover and found a little metal dowel I guess it's called. I found it goes in the wheel that turns,the shifter moves. the other one was next to it. Any suggestions will be helpful.
