The Galaxy was a friends re-build for a customer, the Original owner raced it back in the day, won several championships with it.
He had since passed and the car was put in storage, the owners daughter wanted to fix it up and drive it one time before she sold it.
so she brought it to my friends shop where he went through it bumper to bumper over about 6 months. I went by a couple times and spent a few days with him
plumbing new fuel lines and repairing some wiring, the car was not re painted, that how good it really looked.
For a factory built race car, it was amazing, the sound alone would make giddy.
I don't know much more about it, last I heard she hadn't sold the car yet, and she still had it. she cant drive it, it is a beast.
That's been some years ago. I have kept up with that car ( I'm a GM guy ) .
You can google the drivers name, its on the door, his stats are still out there.
