    Crankshaft stroke

I think I asked this before but can't find the old post. Can someone tell me how I can measure the crank stroke on the bench, a jig of sorts? I don't have any machining tools but if my memory serves me right someone showed me a jig they made from wood..
    Thanks Matt

Center of rod journal to center of crankshaft and then multiply by two

A couple V blocks of wood to hold the crank in position and mark the farthest point out and the shortest point in at the wrist pin and that will give you the stroke .

Matt I remember seeing the old post recently too, fellow members I know posted, so tried using the search function with key words, their member names including yours with no success which really bothered me now that I found the thread by accident. Here's the thread.
