    Atc200e Rear Locked Up

    I have bought a Honda 1982 200E Big red and I was riding it and the rear wheels just locked up in the middle of riding. It sounded like it was bogging when i tried to take off so i shift to neutral and tried again. It will not budge at all so I am thinking it is brakes. They did not work at all when I got it.

    A very common situation with these is the brake shoe material separates from the shoe itself and then wedges itself in somewhere inside the drum. It's likely that may have happened to you.
