200x 84 Rear Axle sizing - bearing journals

i have a 200x 84 and i want to replace the Rear Axle bearings. Ive noticed that the sizing of the bearing journals on the axle shaft have a heap of slack between the axle bearing's inside diameter [35mm] . The axle journals measure 34.6mm [right] and 34.45mm [left]. Is this serviceable or fixable at these diameters? What should the journal size be on the 200x axle? . I cant find any wear limits in my Clymer manual to say when the wear limit is . thanks

I wouldn’t stress over a half a mm , just tighten the axle carrier nuts down real good and I’m sure it will be ok .

thanks, seems like a lot of play, do the carriers take the load? Also, seems to be a bend on one side of the axle, can they be re-straightened?
3.0mm is the run out limit in the specs, mine must be close to that.

Yes the axle can be straightened and as far as load on the carrier I would think most of it is on the bearings so just make sure it all gets tightened up real good . 3mm isn’t much of a bend and would be hard to even tell while riding it .

I think this bushing replaces that piece(?) from what I can see. This would be the route to go. Shipping.... Well that maybe a issue.

You dont need that peice. It does not really do much of anything. I threw tons away.

You can always make a shaft larger by knurling it with a and punch if you want a nice snug fit.

nearest i would figure , is that it helps stop the pivot bolt moving around, a spigot that helps keep everything "true'd up" along the pivot bolt, perhaps?, just a guess.
