125m clutch

I put a 125m motor in a 70 frame and am having some trouble with it. It runs snd rides great in low range but in high range when I give it gas hard the bike feels like it is slipping. I went through the sub trans again and is assembled correctly.
I looked at the manual but the pictures are so poor quality I can not compare them to my clutch. Does everything look OK here or is there something obvious that is wrong?

Uhhh yeah thats really bad. Part of the lining is totally gone. Check your centrifugal clutch shoes too, I bet those are worn out as well. Usually the cent. clutch is what slips first.

Get some new plates plus the 125m does not have clutch shoes.

Nothing needed but a good cleaning up front were the crankshaft nut goes , clutch debris collects their .

After replacing the clutch disks the problem persists. In high range the bike is slipping and sometimes completely falling out of gear. When the bike stops moving in high range even if I shift through all gears it will not move. When I shift back to low range it drives great in all gears.
Any other ideas?

Pull the shift fork and check it for wear .
When a fork is worn or bent it can’t hold its position and will pop out of gear .
Post pictures of both sides of the fork , their should be no shiny spots on the fork pads .

I found a spare sub trans assembly. I put it on and the problem seems to be fixed.

See the shiny spots on the fork pads , that’s a sign that the fork is bad .
