My sympathy and prayers go out to his friends and family. I never got to meet him. But I saw alot of his top notch craftsmanship on the parts he was reproducing, and heard he was a great guy within the trike community.

I never met John, but had talked with him about flywheels, and he encapsulated one for me just a couple months ago. I had no idea he had cancer. I'm sad to hear of his passing, and my prayers are with his friends and family. Rest in peace, John.

Like DC stated...it all happened too fast.

I never got to meet him in person but I've dealt with him many times over the past 10 years. Talked to him a month ago and wished him well on his battle with this evil disease that has taken too many in their prime. First and foremost before anything involving a 3-wheeler, as many on here already know and have stated, John as a person was one of the most generous and kind individuals on this planet. You just don't find people like him often.

Everyone thats been here, even a short while, knows the value of his contributions to this community as well as other groups involving 3-wheelers, parts reproduction and the like.
There are a lot of talented individuals on this site that do some amazing work and a lot of it can be attributed to John's pioneering ambitions. He provided the foundation and blueprint for the rest of us.

It's just hard to believe he is gone. Very upsetting.
    RIP John.
