ATC 70 oil filter change or not?

I bought a 1985 ATC 70 that was torn down and in boxes, I am doing a complete restore but have no idea what this thing has been through. It has a huge wheelie bar welded on the back and has clearly been used. I bought a new oil filter for it but do not see anything in my repair manual around how to replace it. Is it behind the clutches? I tried finding a how to on the internet and this is how I got here. Is it worth changing? Anybody has a how to?

I searched the forum but didn't see anything on it, but if I missed it what is the link?

    Thanks in advance....

You will need to pull the clutch cover to access the oil screen , it’s located right next to the oil drain plug .
Might want to purchase a new clutch cover gasket as well .
