    200cc shift shaft swap

I have a 200s motor to build. The shift shaft is beyond repair. I have a junk 200E and a not so junk 200ES donor engine with good shafts.
Would like to make sure they will interchange before I take the time to remove them. I don't like pulling my donors apart if I don't NEED to. Keeps me from losing stuff.

    Thank you.

    Well F me.

    Doesn't matter now.

This engine sat out for years with no pull rope cover.
I have been soaking the flywheel for days with liquid wrench.
The flywheel puller just pulled the threads out of the flywheel.
So i used a conventional puller and broke two bolts off in it.
I pulled what i could save and added the rest to the scrap bin.
Time to open up this 200e engine and see if its savable.
Its been outside even longer. I ain't gettin my hopes up.

It may be too late, but it appears that they are the same according to Partzilla.

1ST, your worried about taking your "spare" things apart, then you remember you did a horrible job storing them, rendering most of the items useless...

If it makes you feel better, I have 2 86-350X crate motors in boxes, all taken apart..

I get mad at myself every time I see them, BUT, I did label and bag everything and better yet!! I HAVE 2 more complete!!

Ya know - It's hard top keep all the things we all want to keep in a clean dry atmosphere. We all beat ourselves up for the things we neglected or sold, but, we just didn't have the storage!!
    I'd have my 1983 Kuwahara, My RM100/125/250, KX80, CR60, XR75, XR80, XR100, YZ80, MX100, 94 CR250.

When I was a kid, the KX and CR80 were my dream world, moto-x porn at it's best....

    Sorry to ramble

Ohhh no, that wasn't me. I got this crap that way. My stuff stay wrapped in plastic and stored in the shop on shelves.

Some people would honestly leave gold sitting out in the field cause they're too effin stupid to do any less.

Well isn't that what these trikes are made of? At least that's what some of the people selling them seem to think.
