    Atc 250r 84’ dampener bushes

    Hey guys
I have a nos 84’ air cooled 250r axle but the bushes have been punched out where the sprocket bolts to. What are my Options?
I could have some machines out of delrin but I would rather have the rubber oem style ones.

I am sure that there is another machine/bike/plant vehicle that uses the same size dampener??

    Cheers

The only bushing I’ve found to be remotely close is this China one, except it’s 28mm OD and 27mm is needed other #’s match up. If you knew someone with a lathe it could be made to work providing enough metal was left on the OD of bushing. And at only $3 dollars each it may be worth a shot. I don’t have a link but I think the site is on the picture.

I wonder if those are the same size as the ones they use on 200X in 83-85

This is the part# for the 83-85 200x bushing 41241-307-010 it fits lots and lots of bikes but the OD is only 24mm so it’s
not fitting the 83/84 250r wish it was —- I like puzzles I will keep looking

    Cheers mate
Hopefully my other axle will be reassembled and I can use that Permanently.

But for now I’m going to get some delrin bushes made up, I feel that will be ok for a temporary solution?

    Cheers,
    Oldo
