Mud Guard for 1981 110 atc

    Morning

I found a set of rear fender mud guards for a 1977 Honda 110 . Wondering if they will fit on my 1981 ?

    No such thing as a 1977 110 . The first 110 was made 1979 .
If their 77 flaps their off an atc90 and their defiantly different .
79-82 atc110 are the same flaps for reference .

I may have a set , probably no perfect but usable

I also need the headlight . Mine has one but its not OEM at all .. I would even use one from another year Honda if the width is same ? Needs to fit between the stock ears .

Head light on the 81-82 110 is 12 volts and the same but a 185s / 200s light should work and will broaden your search .
80 and older is 6 voltes

Ironically I was lately poking though headlight diagrams. Be sure you have the stock headlight socket, the wiring changed slightly for other machines. It's item #5 in the diagram link below. And the exact interchange for the socket is below that. Besides that the socket fits in a lot of headlights. I have a lead on new sockets, but I won't have them till past Christmas.

    81 atc110
    81 atc185s
    81 atc200

Also if you can, measure the width of the mounting surfaces for the headlight, or if you have the bucket/ring, measure what the headlight width/height is. Trying to compare if this Yamaha part would work. Very affordable price for the bare headlight if it works, but I can't tell what kind of headlight socket it uses from the diagram.

Also note, even though the older ones are 6v, the ones with replaceable bulbs can have a 12v bulb installed.

The big red uses a 4x6in headlight, I think it's slightly larger than what you're working with. I have one right next to me though lol. Mounting width of the headlight guard that holds the headlight bucket measures 7.25in wide.

I would have repainted and wired the light that came with it. However as you can see in the picture he put the switch inside the light , It also was being used as the kill switch. The wires had pulled out of the factory one which is still on the bar thank goodness.

Here are the flaps in question. Just in case you can make sense of them.

I can't see the photo? It looks like it was deleted or something. You don't have to insert inline or anything, it automatically goes to the bottom of the post if you just click done after it uploads (on pc atleast).

Oh also that 200es socket would be the same wiring as what your machine uses (based on the diagram atleast), as long as the stock harness isn't hacked up etc.

Not to plug my own products or anything, but I have a 82 atc110 harness new on hand. Not sure what the differences would be 81 vs 82 though (OEM part number changed)

    http://shop.3wheelerworld.com/index....product_id=401

I looked up the mud flap part number and looks like late atc90 and early atc110 used the same mud flaps.

    https://www.partzilla.com/product/ho...=80111-942-010

Also you can get new reproduced ones here:

    http://shop.3wheelerworld.com/index....product_id=374

Fitment isn't listed, so here it is:

    ATC90 K2-K3
    ATC90 76-78
    ATC110 79-81

Just barely in the "early" range of the atc110 lol, so yea they should work.

Oh just found a cheap harness on ebay for an 81 atc110, looks like the wiring is about 90% the same as the 82, just one connector changed. I'm ordering it just to confirm lengths etc.
