85 Tri-Zinger 60
85 ATC250SX
86 ATC250SX
87 ATC250SX
02 XR650L conversion
84 ATC 480R
Perfect photo, measured mine the same way, same measurement, so 85 and 86-87 are physically the same size, just the wire color + diode difference. Thanks for the help/photos. More models to make =D.
Funny, found another service manual error, 86-87 ATC250SX shows the neutral wire is light green/red, but it's actually blue/red like the photo above. So many wiring related errors in the manuals, most don't matter a whole lot but still kind of crazy.
Anyway, of course I'm working on the 86-87 ATC250sx neutral/reverse sub harness right now, should have a couple done by tonight. Have the following made, just no photos etc yet.
85-86 TRX125
86 (possibly 87-88) TRX200SX
85 ATC250SX
The 250SX ones are interesting to make since one socket is shorter than the other, I believe that's the only one out of all of them that is like that.
I've made all of them that I can and have posted them up for sale. Couple have minor design changes like the 200sx only having two sockets (diode internalized), but for the most part should look and function just like OEM. I tossed the TRX models on ebay since the 3ww shop isn't exactly setup for early TRX machines.
Update on this, the company that manufactures the sockets has marked the sockets to be discontinued. I'm attempting to order 500 before they kill production.
End of Life: Scheduled for obsolescence and will be discontinued by the manufacturer.
Order processed fine, got 500 of these now. I think they will last me a day or two, these really don't sell well, but wanted to have like a 5-10 year stock on hand xD.
If there's any other machines that use these sockets or other applications, let me know and I'll probably be able to make replacements.
