    ATC200S Racks

Here are some pictures of a 200S with a Hondaline rear rack. I'm not certain if the front is aftermarket or Hondaline. First one of these with a front and rear rack that I've had my hands on. I've got a 185S OE rack, and I've seen several of the aftermarket rear racks. It's nice how this 200S rear rack is fully rubber mounted, like other standard equipment Honda ATC racks.

I'm guessing these occasionally pop up, but are missing the mounting brackets.

They definitely look well made. My only suggestion would be to remove the rear rack and clean up the holes with a rotary tool somewhat. Maybe you could get a rubber grommet in there too?

Wouldn't've the holes originally been cut by the dealership that installed the rack?

I don't know how it worked back then, in that the rack was bought as an accessory with the new trike and installed by the dealership, or if the owner could've bought it later an installed it themselves. I'm guessing it's the former. It seems logical this trike was outfitted with the racks when new. I was hoping it to have a Hondaline trailer hitch, before seeing it in person, but it doesn't

Largely, I posted the rack pictures for other's reference. Finding a 200S rack for sale is one thing, but knowing that there are multiple other pieces [brackets] and what they look like is helpful.

I'd still like conformation on the front rack though. Is it Hondaline or aftermarket?

Front rack imo doesent look like a Hondaline rack, but I could be wrong. My 200m has the optioned front + rear racks, but they don't look anything like that. I would have thought the 200s would be similar? Just my 0.02

I agree with BarnBoy, the Honda front racks were never that wide from what I can recall. I'm thinking it could be an old JC Whitney rack.

Without a doubt the front rack is not Hondaline. I have a Hondaline front rack on my 200M. Yours is close, but not Hondaline. The mounting brackets are what give it away.

Thanks everyone, & Big G for the word.

I do wonder if the exact same Hondaline front rack is used for the 200M and 200S, because the M forks are a little wider. Maybe different mounts or they have some adjustability built in.

    It's for a 185S/200S. No mention of 200M.

floydechoes2000, when you mentioned JC Whitney, I had to check if they were still in business. I haven't ordered from them in a long time, well, last time was from their catalog, not the website. That's a great suggestion for the rack's origin. I think they sold MC Enterprises racks, along with others.

Now I've got to figure out what brand the front rack is. From all appearances, these racks have been on it since new or nearly new.
