    200x or 350x tires

Hey guys, got a question about front tire options for my two atc's. Been looking all over the net looking for front tires and have come to the conclusion that there are only a couple companies that make tires that will fit the front rims. I'm going to be running itp holeshot HD tires in the back, but itp doesn't have a tire to fit the front. Only tires I have found are kenda and some other cheap Chinese tires. What are you guys running for front tires?

    Both.

I use the $60 Kenda Front Max on my 250R and 350X.
    The R came with it.
The X had an ancient Nankang on it when I got it. I could not seal the bead so it got a Front Max.

I use a $40 Oceleot brand tire on my WR conversion.
It has the same tread pattern as the Nankang and a few others. They probably all use the same mold.

They all work fine for me in the sand.
The Front Maxes through a lot of sand - easy to see when riding at night. Not sure it means anything.

When I need another one, I'm spending $40 for the Ocelot or whatever the next brand is to use the mold.

If I only rode the big dunes in CA, I'd look at running smoothies or mohawks from Skat-Trak.
But, I ride on the sand trails in OK a lot a need the fronts to hook and steer.

These guys make a replica of the OEM front tire for the 250r. 23x8x11. They are more expensive than some other options but it’s a nice tire for all around trail riding.

Thanks for the advice guys. I will be trail riding my atc's here in Wi, mostly woods, dirt, and some rock. There are also sand on some of the trails along with gravel, so I'm looking for a beefy front tire that can take some abuse. Have you guys found that any tire is tougher than the next?

I've used only the Front Max's on mine. I've ridden in rocks, trees, and sand trails with them. I haven't had any issues with them, not counting the one that was dry rotten and the sidewall let go while I was in Colorado in 2015. That experience of riding 10-12 miles back to camp on a flat tire taught me the importance of good tires.
