I found a prox rod, connecting rod, and bearing kit. From what ive read the xr rod is the same length with the same size holes as the 185s. Just the rod is meatier. Has anyone done this? And what crank case bearing should i use. Oem?

Yes it will work .
The difference is the Atc rod uses the aluminum shims to make up the difference we’re the xr rod doesn’t use the shims .
The xr rods were used on stroked and race motors because their much thicker .

Once again thanks man! Oem crank case bearings are the best option right?
FYI, I'm sure Honda didn't make the actual bearings, but contacted it out. Sometimes you can find hints of what brand made them on the old bearings. Like my Lexus rear wheel bearings are NSK for the OEM brand. Buying the NSK made bearing vs the ones though the dearship network is a major price difference, but it takes more effort to find them and there's a chance you could order the wrong bearing which is partly why OEM has them listed to make it easier for the end user. I'm sure the other reason is to make a profit lol.
You can just barely see the NSK on the left bearing in this listing. My OEM bearings said the same thing from the car.

Here's the part from a dealership... that's one bearing so double the price, and there's also 4 seals to buy.

I cant find any local reputable shops willing to build my crank. Anyone know anywhere i can get my crank rebuilt?
I do them but I’m at least 4 weeks backed up at the moment , I’ve herd of guys with great results using crankworks .
