    Brake fluid disappeared

I got my 250R out a few weeks ago for a ride. It hadn't been ridden for two years. I quickly discovered that I had no rear brakes. When I got home, I took the lid off the reservoir and found it bone dry. There wasn't even an oily film in the bottom. There were no leaks apparent, even after refilling. The brakes now work fine and still no leaks. The pads are barely worn. Where did the fluid go?

The common place for them to leak is at the parking brake shaft o-ring .
