Pictures from the oldest and biggest atv race. Pine Lake's 50th

I took several thousand pictures over the weekend. I'll see if I remember how to post them up. Wow! Only one at a time? This will be painful!

    This was "The Hardtail Incident"
28 machines on the gate. The biggest gate I've ever seen. Truly Epic!

Here are some more photos of that Hardtail class. Most of these guys are long time Forum members and people that you're likely to see at TF. This was a fun race to watch with 28 wheelers on the track at the same time there was no shortage of action.

I wish I would have taken pictures of the all of the races that were posted so I knew what class they were and what order they were in. I didn't though and so most of them I'm just guessing at. It was crazy how many heats they ran on Saturday. Sunday, I missed one of the 3 wheeler races waiting on my food at a food vendor. It took 40 minutes to get my food. Everything there was crowded. Just so much going on they entire time.
These are some pictures from a 200x class Sunday. In most of the races I ended up just getting pictures of the front runners because of all of the dust. My camera fought to find focus and when it did the pictures still didn't look that great because of all of the dust. I finally found a good spot toward the middle of the back side of the track where I could get photos of several different features of the track from.

I’m hooked on the hard tails, after racing Roby’s last year I knew I had to pick one up. My own rejection tag this year is a hard tail badge of honor.

Thanks for Posting Ron. Really hate I didnt make it. Still kicking myself.
#75 is Eric Rowland one of my brother and I's old racing buddies from West Tennessee. We raced locally and at the Nationals and had some good battles.

I think this pic was taken at either Clarksville,Tn or Cadiz Kentucky.

Eric and his son raced the same 200x there at pine lake. His son did very well. Eric had some sort of mechanical issue during the the race pictured and dropped from 1st to 3rd or 4th at the finish. He actually fell to 6th before working his way back through the pack. I don't know him but I could tell that he was a seasoned racer by the way he was riding.

The guys who started the hard tail class go around at night and judge how OE your trike is. Write down everything wrong with it and leave you a “rejected” tag.
