    Hardtail identification help!

Can anybody help me figure out exactly what this thing is? This is my first three wheeler, I purchased it for 200$ and had to put a pull cord and a chain on it to get it running and riding. I searched the vin and it said 83 atc 200 but I believe somebody took a 200 and 200e and made a Frankenstein because the front downtube has been beat in to clear the starter. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to do a lot of work to it here and there, thanks in advance! P..s. Don’t mind the sketchy lift kit, it was like that when I bought it lol.http://https://www.amazon.com/photos...T6Fxu6x2k8uZlp

Type in the engine serial number on my site below, it should decode the engine accurately. The frame's VIN came back as 83 atc200 like you already knew. The amazon image link didn't work. Here's the fixed url, your have the protocal in it twice (the http and https part).

Kind of interesting seeing one of the chain drive 3 wheelers lifted, normally I see the shaft drive models lifted (250es and 250sx).
