Thanks Joe, best part is that it runs as nice as it looks. So to recap this is a H/S stroked 110 with a big bore piston. Ported head with a matched bapp intake with a 24mm mikuni. Has racing valve springs and heavy duty clutch springs. Not sure what cam we are currently running. Has a bapp vented dip stick, bapp chain tensioner, bapp chrome headlight. Has a brand new Mac exhaust. Running a 49 tooth rear sprocket unsure on the front, planning on running something smaller. Has a gearbox delete, and cleated footrest also has a chrome recoil cover.
Hope to add the following, headlight guard and lettering and pinstripes here this spring talked to our guy today. That pretty much sums this build up.

We were able to get this out today after properly breaking it in. We are getting some clutch slip at 3/4 on up throttle. Acts like wheels are spinning. Any thoughts as to what this could be? It has new plates and springs in it. Clutch is adjusted as should be.
Was hard to compare with our Big bore 110, we are curious to know if the stroker crank in this build makes that much of a difference or not.

Using a 10/40 valvoline atv oil. Thinking we should have went with a 20/50. The springs we believe are DP brand

I last couple I did I used Vesrah heavy duty clutch springs and factory plates and they held up great .
The stroker will definitely let you know if the clutch isn’t working good . Hopefully your not using the synthetic Atv valvoline .
I think Honda GN4 10w-40 is a better choice for that style clutch .

The link above says the jsc frame was meant to use a jsc exhaust. We’ve never seen one of these. Does anyone have a pic.

    Shortline
It’s odd because we get no slippage at low rpm just the higher range. Acts just like wheel spin. In fact we had to run it on dry pavement just to make sure it wasn’t.

A slipping clutch is always most noticeable in the higher gears .
I’ve had a couple JSC exhaust over the years , very well built .
    They resemble a POSA and S&S .

I'm sure that was a marketing scheme saying only a JSC pipe would work on the JSC frame.

Here is a pic from one of their ads.
Looks a lot like a POSA or S&S to me.

Got back to looking at the clutch slippage issue. Found the screws backed out of this plate. Was able to retrieve the screws and other pieces from bottom of motor.
Now either these screws didn’t get tightened or there was another issue. Everything else appears to be okay except from a slightly gouged fiber plate we used when we installed it.

Finished diagnosing and fixing the shop trike. Here’s what we found besides the obvious from my last post. The clutch baskets and plates are different from the 110 and 90. We had 90 components on this 110 motor. Thickness of the basket itself and the plates are all different in size. Put it back together with Barnett plates and heavy duty springs, runs great in fact perfect, no clutch slippage at all. This trike is a blast. Next will be a 46 tooth rear sprocket along with the 13 tooth front that’s on it.
