Makes sense, I suspect it would be the same here, title is proof of ownership, maybe a bill of sale would work too. In my area theft is so rare I'm not sure what the process is exactly once the police locate the machine. Benefits of living in the country I guess.

need to live in pa, or ride there. I know some people from MD / NY who have PA DNCR plates due to riding in PA at some of the pay to ride coal country sites now.
