Liberalism suspends the intellect of its victims, while at the same time tricking them into believing that they're smarter than everyone else.

What?
I thought the original Paradise fire official narrative was "climate change"(?)
Anyone else see this anywhere?........

Electric vehicles will be the new standard soon.
Had to rub a little dirt in my fathers liberal face today! Seems like some port waters are clearing up, city smog is lifting in places and suspended carbon particles are disappearing from the lack of air travel. But the heavy oil plants in Alberta are still producing so maybe it wasn't us in the first place like he thinks. Greta, where are you, come back...........!

This has nothing to do about "wanting" him dead, you get a grip ffs! This is about the fact that we don't see eye to eye on a lot of matters but love each other just the same. He's a lefty, I'm a righty. It's no different than the banter between the democrats and republicans. A little history; I grew up the smog infested area of southern Ontario with steel plants belching yellow smoke in the Hamilton/Burlington region and home to the busiest roads in Canada. I moved to Alberta in 1997 and after retiring from the military got a job that produces heavy oil. So fast forward to Greta and the hate on fossil fuels, he makes it quite clear my industry is the cause of global warming and not the hypocrisy he lives in at all. Now do you GET it, Maynard!

Yeah..... They pushed it as "the new normal because climate change" and then of course, PG&E shut the power off to all those residents. The utility said that, because of the weather, they couldn't guarantee no fires. So the media spun that as: "it's dry and windy because climate change so now we'll have to shut off power all the time because nobody believes climate change exists. Told ya so."
I love the environment and I'm actually fond of clean water, air, and cancer-free children but when the "environmental movement" is led by a huge distraction in "climate science" with liars and false narratives and impetuous teen great-granddaughters of the guy who invented "carbon footprint" wagging her finger..., the rest of the movement loses their own credibility a little to alot of people. After that, people go on polluting and not giving a fck about anything, so they take a dump in their own well water, so to speak.
Just my opinion.
One strange thing is who goes to jail? You can't send a company to jail.
Now I understand why I heard California passed a law so you can't sue PG&E right around the time of the fires

Meanwhile, the same time next year the fires will flare up AGAIN and more homes will be burned down and rebuilt, yet they won't figure out that if they let crews remove the dead, dry underbrush it would probably reduce the amount of fires they have

My take on this is the fire is going to happen at some point. Now, in no way is that an excuse for companies having shoddy equipment and putting people in danger. I feel like a fire is almost inevitable when they have those droughts though. Yes in a way it is the power company's fault I suppose though. That's a tough one.
