Your missing one of the four valve cover bolts , part number 9 , yes still available from Honda , as for stopping the leak , it might , the valve cover is sealed with hondabond sealant and if that seal is no good then it will leak .
Install a new bolt and hope for the best .

Thanks shortline. I'll source that bolt and hope for the best.
Kind of ironic, the 185s pic from googled linked back a few posts is from my one site xD.
Also since there's no link to a source to buy the parts, here's the pages directly.

The part shortline mentioned isn't quite the right part, it's the keeper bolt for the compression release which is a special bolt, not any bolt will work. The tip is machined thinner to ride in a race on the shaft. The photo was for a 200x which is a bit different.
Also note, there is 4 larger nuts and 4 smaller bolts that hold the valve cover on. I can see the nuts in the photo but the bolts aren't so easy to see at that angle. Here's that image from my site again as a reference. The photo it's missing two of the large nuts and 4 bolts that hold the valve cover on. The small bolt that is there is the one you're missing.
Thanks for clarifying that, PS2fixer. I just bought a 5/8 inch 6mm allen bolt and a rubber washer. I backed the rubber washer with a flat washer and tightened it so the rubber compressed a bit. I'm hoping that does the trick.
I still can't believe someone rode it around with a missing bolt.
