    Horny Green Spider? No idea.

Tiny, size of a thumbnail. Wasn't able to get anything in the pic for scale, very active spider.

We have some similar to your second pic. If I'm able to capture one, I'll post it.

Spiders are all over the world; great thread.

Been awhile since I’ve put up any new photos, but I’m still running across a lot of spiders.

And then there was this one that I mistakenly thought was a brown recluse. The violin is there, but the legs are wrong.

As an added bonus there was some sort of winged beast with a set of jaws on it that made me leave it alone. Would not want that to land on my neck at night.

Here in NE Oklahoma we have plenty of brown recluse, black widows are common outside also. And we do have scorpions and tarantulas but you almost have to be looking for them to see them most of the year. Its creepy to see how fast the brown recluse will move. I'm not "freaked out" scared of spiders but I squish every one I see if its even questionable whether its poisonous. Not used to that being from Canada. There you can shove your hand most anywhere without being afraid of anything poisonous.

Y'all probably still had snapping clams in Canada. I wouldn't put my hand anywhere near one of those, they'll steal your wallet.

This guy jumped onto the table today. Had a hard time getting him to stop for a photo.

Cool! I’ve never seen a Black Widow in person and based on how I felt after thinking I’d almost put my hand on a Brown Recluse yesterday I don’t want to.

Keep the non-spider photos coming. Snakes, lizards, monster moths, weird bugs, whatever.

Here’s a Rino Beatle I saw a few months back.

“Slow down honey, you know I don’t like quickies!”

At least he was wearing protection.
