    86-200x rear master cylinder

    Quick question there's 2 holes and it seems one is able to pump brake fluid through, is the other one supposed to be open as well?

    Here's another picture, I'm rebuilding my rear master cylinder,it's been 10 years since I had rear brakes,I'm not sure if that top hole is supposed to be plugged or not
