Some parts showed up:
I am happy to report that ebay listing produced a Shindy brand one way centrifugal clutch bearing.
I chose EBC brand disc and HD springs from amazon.
I have a Shindy carb kit coming as well as some rear tires.
MrC.
Almost there, things have been moving right along, next up is brakes and headlights, paint front rim and a better tire, I may even spring for a seat cover.
"smokey Joe" is a blast to ride.
Here are some pics from day one to today.
I gave it a wash and all the ugly brown paint came off, just like I had hoped.
MrC.
Ya'll know I keep a spread sheet on every bike. Scary How fast it adds up. this is just bought parts, no labor, no free parts from the boneyard.
So much for a budget build.
