350x carb question

Hello all, what is the long hose that comes off the bottom and back of the carb, carb still installed? I just noticed this hose dangling down by the chain and it's wet with fuel and spilling onto the chain guard by my left foot. It's still connected to the bottom of the carb, bowl I guess not a mechanic or have taken carb apart yet.

The one on the bottom of the bowl is the over flow hose .
If it’s leaking then your float valve needs serviced .
